Greeting patient’s
When a patient walks into our office please STOP what you are doing and put a smile on your face and greet the patient.
-Welcome the patient by standing to greet them by name and introducing yourself while smiling and looking them in the eye
-Verify their information and offer to walk them through the paperwork if they need the help
-Offer a beverage while they wait
-In the event of delay in their appointment, inform the patient right away
-Ensure that small talk around the front desk is kept professional and minimal
-Always remain professional yet friendly and accommodating to the patient
