Are you to planning SIPO and the quadrant has more than 12 areas of bleeding and more than 6 areas of 4mm pockets? If so then you really need to change this to perio therapy and not SIPO. It is better to be fight the “bone eating bacteria” aggressively then to let it silently eat away at their bone.
