I just wanted to tell you all how impressed I am by you guys. I am amazed at the way everyone pulls together and makes this office run so well. This was especially evident to me today with the adult-autistic patient that we sedated this morning. We were able to get so much quality treatment done because everyone came together. I feel so blessed to be part of this team. Thank you!!
TRADE ACCOUNTS - Front Office
Hi Ladies. Please make sure that when ever we check out a patient that has a trade account flagged always print out a walkout statement to give them. Statements will then be sent out to them monthly as well.

COMMUNICATIONS LOG - Assistants
Hi guys this week I want to inform everyone about our new
Communications binder that will be kept in our training
room on the desk below the overhead whiteboard.
In the binder you will find a communication log to leave a
message for Me maybe when I’m out of the office this
allows a place to log the concern and follow up as needed.
In the same binder you will find a Clinical supply list to add
any product that may be needed that is missing a tag as
well as a Repair/maintenance log to leave a message to
for Valerie that is in charge of repairs. Please let me know
if you have a questions about our new Communication log.

LASER DD of AZ - Front office
Hi Ladies. Please make sure that anytime we have a patient that has Delta of AZ and they need scaling and root planning or Sipo with laser that we do not charge them for laser. Per Delta of AZ we are NOT allowed to charge the patient for laser. So please double check the insurance before going over treatment plan with patient. On the treatment plan zero out the fee. That rule started as of August 2018.

BAM- ALL
Throughout the year BAM is evaluated based on expenses incurred within the practice and adjusted accordingly. As we continue to grow the expense will also grow. Some example’s of when an increase to BAM would be necessary are when we add a new employee, purchase equipment or add additional provider days. Naturally these additions increase our monthly expenses. The good news is when we add additional provider day’s we not only increase our expenses but also our production/collection as well.
With this said, the BAM starting in September will now be at 261,000. Thank you for all your hard work as we wouldn’t be where we are at without you all! You are all AWESOME!
