Financial Policies
We’re thankful to have you as our patient at Mountain View Family Dental. For your reference, here’s an overview of our financial policies.
Payment
Payment for all services is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards.
Insurance
We participate with many dental insurance plans. At each visit, we will estimate your portion of expenses, which is due at the time of service. We will work directly with your insurance provider to file for and collect the provider’s portion.
Payment Plans
If payment is an issue, we’ll work with you. Be honest with us about your budget. We want you to be able to get the care you need and will help you overcome any financial obstacles. It may be that an alternate treatment may work out fine for you. We have a multitude of options to help you.
Payment plans are available, if that’s what you need. We participate with CareCredit so that you can pay off your care costs over time. The company offers plans with a range of repayment terms, including some zero-interest plans. To apply for CareCredit, visit www.carecredit.com.
Membership Discount Plan
To make dental care affordable for those who don’t have insurance, we also offer a membership discount plan. Our Essential plan includes a cleaning, exam, and oral cancer screening every six months, as well as annual bitewing x-rays. The plan also gives you a discount on most treatment services. Our Premier plan offers the same benefits, along with additional ones such as emergency exams, panoramic x-rays, a yearly whitening kit, and an annual $100 dental reward.
