Meet Dr. Ricardo Perez
Dr. Perez attended the University of Calgary, where he received degrees with distinction in biological sciences and finance, as well as a minor in fine arts: sculpture. He subsequently earned his dental degree from Midwestern University – College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Perez is an avid learner who is driven to use his knowledge to improve people's well-being and decrease their discomfort. He continually supplements his dental degree with advanced continuing education and is in the process of earning his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Perez is also a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Perez strives to be genuine and caring to everyone he meets. He is actively involved his providing dental service to the community through Give Kids a Smile, Super Sealant Saturdays, the Arizona Community Dental Clinic, Dental Lifeline Network and Health Outreach through Medical Education (H.O.M.E.).
Dr. Perez was born in Colombia, raised in Canada and is grateful to call Arizona home since 2012. He is happily married to a wonderful speech therapist, and his life goal is to court his wife and create magic and whimsy for their son, nieces and nephews. When he is not working or learning something new, he and his wife are outdoor enthusiasts in search of fun trails and unique diners.
