Mountain View Family Dental accepts a variety of insurance programs. To verify your insurance is accepted at our office, please call 480-830-0262 prior to your visit.

Upon visiting our office we will help you process and understand your insurance claims to ensure you receive the maximum benefit possible. Should your insurance company have any questions about the treatment offered, we are more than happy to provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report, all in an effort to reduce your work with the insurance company. We will file the paperwork for you, and we only ask for your estimated portion.

Dependent upon the type of dental insurance you carry, you may be covered in full or required to pay a co-pay of your final bill (typically in the 20-50% range). Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees incurred at our office, be it via out-of-pocket charges or insurance coverage.

You can feel confident that the staff and doctors at Mountain View Family Dental will always provide you with the best possible dental healthcare service regardless of dental insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you – a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.
