Mountain View Family Dentistry is pleased to offer a Dental Health Plan. It's designed to help you and your entire family maintain a beautiful, healthy smile. It's not an insurance plan: there are no claim forms to submit, few restrictions, simple eligibility rules, and no waiting periods. You just pay a reasonable annual enrolment fee and then get access to Mountain View Family Dentistry’s premium dental care at significantly reduced costs.

During each enrollment period, you and every enrolled family member will receive: Two exams Two bitewing x-rays Two reduced cost cleanings for $35 each* 25% off all other Mountain View Family Dentistry services*

* does not include advanced hygiene services such as scaling and root planning or full mouth debridement

** Except a) Invisalign orthodontic treatment, b) porcelain veneers, c) any services not provided directly by Mountain View Family Dentistry (i.e. orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, or oral surgery)
